Aug - Oct Featured Artist!

The world of art is a canvas waiting to be painted with experiences and opportunities. As a featured artist at the "Out of the Woods Winery" in Hayward, Wisconsin, I had the privilege of participating in the ArtCrawl and showcasing my artwork in a stunning setting.

Nestled in the heart of Northern Wisconsin, the CHARAC ArtCrawl is an annual event that transforms the local area into an artistic wonderland. Local businesses, including galleries and studios, open their doors to artists from various disciplines, creating a unique atmosphere that celebrates creativity and community.

My art found its temporary home at The Patricia McLaughlin Gallery located within the Out of the woods winery, a charming venue that blends the elegance of fine wine with the allure of visual art. The winery's warm ambiance and rustic charm provided an inviting backdrop for artists and patrons alike. It was an honor to display my artwork in such a welcoming and artistically rich environment. I had the privilege of engaging with art enthusiasts, sharing the stories behind my creations, and connecting with fellow artists, which added an extra layer of meaning to my work.

One of the highlights for me, was when SonofMel came to provide some great tunes on Saturday. I always love to hear his songs and share stories with John SonofMel.

As my tenure as the featured artist at the winery continues until October, I am excited to introduce the upcoming exhibit at The Art beat of Hayward, "Mezinibii’igejig wenjibawaad OdaawaaZaaga’iganing" by Gordon Coons. This exhibit promises to be a captivating display of indigenous artistry. Gordon Coons, a renowned artist known for his culturally significant creations, brings a unique perspective to the world of art. Don't miss the opportunity to immerse yourself in the creativity of "Mezinibii’igejig wenjibawaad OdaawaaZaaga’iganing, - Artists from LCO."

The CHARAC ArtCrawl at the Out of the Woods Winery has been a truly enriching experience. It reaffirms the power of art to unite communities, ignite conversations, and inspire creativity. I am immensely grateful for the opportunity to share my art and introduce you to the upcoming exhibit by Gordon Coons.

As we move forward into October, let's continue to celebrate art and culture in Hayward. Mark your calendars for “Mezinibii’igejig wenjibawaad OdaawaaZaaga’iganing" by Gordon Coons, where indigenous artistry takes center stage. Art has the incredible ability to bridge gaps and create connections, and I invite you to be a part of this artistic journey with us.

Thank you for being a part of this incredible experience, and I look forward to seeing you at the Out of the Woods Winery, and the Art beat of Hayward as we continue to celebrate the beauty of art in all its forms.
